  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • small piece of leeks 


Cut  Butternut Squash into slice. Combine, onion, and garlic leeks Add oil and 1 Tbsp salt toss to coat, then roasted in a pan or oven about 5-10min.
