Return / Replacement

What is your return policy?

  • Returns accepted if product not as described.

We will try to solve any dispute and try our best to satisfy, if you are not satisfying our product, please contact first. We will accept any return and give a full refund (without shipping cost) on any item. The item must be returned to us in original condition and Buyer need to pay return shipping cost.

  • International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Different forms of payments have different processing times! Most refunds should be received within 3-8 business days.If you haven't received a refund within 8 business days, please email support@emartsnap.com and we'd be happy to look into this for you

My item arrived damaged, how can you help me?

  • We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our Customer Care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 3 days. contact us within 10 days of item recived.

1. A photo of the damage(3-5 photos)

2. A photo of the front of the item for identification

3. A photo of the tag for sizing

When will I get my order?

Standard shipping - ship within 1-3 days, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 15-25business days.

Express shipping - ship within 1-3 business day, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 1-7 business days.

All the Items ship from Sri Lanka warehouse and few of them from China warehouse

My tracking number isn’t working?

Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, please email support@emartsnap.com. or Live chat on WhatsApp at +94 76-878-0993, and we can provide you with the correct tracking information and tracking website for your Items!

I didn't receive your package?

If you didn't receive your package on time, please don't hesitate to contact us. Within 24 hours, we will try to update you on the latest tracking details of the shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after purchased?

If your order has not yet shipped and you want to completely change the shipping address, you can contact us within 24 hours and share the correct address. Otherwise, we can't change if the item has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate, even if the order hasn't shipped yet. This is because your order's invoice is sent to the warehouse immediately after your order is placed. There are hundreds of orders flowing through the warehouse each day, and pulling a single order from the floor may not be possible. With that said, we want to help you in every way we can! Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to make adjustments to the products, sizes, colors, or quantities once an order has been placed. However, we may be able to cancel your order completely so you can place it again with adjustments. Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

  • We're sorry to hear you didn't receive a confirmation email for your order!

Why is an item missing from the order I received?

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your full order! There can sometimes be an inventory discrepancy that causes orders to be delayed. We do our best to reach out to customers to inform them of this as soon as we're aware.
